WHAT IS SITA SHOK VINASHAN KRIYA OR SSV KRIYA?

Sita Shok Vinashan Kriya is a spiritual process of exhausting karma to bring out peace and balance in life, resulting in healing of various issues related to relationships, career, health, education and child.

The mantra is initiated by Guru, and disciple is instructed about the details of the SSV Kriya.

Sita Shok Vinashan Kriya is a process of offering food (bhog) to Hanuman ji using the initiated mantra. 


The mantra is initiated by Guru Mandal following which the initiated person can offer bhog at his/her comfort. Using any photo or statue of Hanuman ji is not required for the process. Normally, people offer 8-12 bhogs in a day.


Through the food items, whatever element (tattva) we are offering to the God/Universe, has got deeper meaning in the Universe for every individual.


The offerings are considered Karmic exchanges with the Universe and an individuals karma get exhausted with particular bhog/food offering. 


By repetitive offerings/bhog in this process we exhaust all our karma. Thereby, bringing peace and Divine order in our lives.

Yes, there are no clashes among any practices or rituals. You can continue with your prior worship/practices/rituals.

If you want to develop your relationship with Hanuman ji, then you are already eligible!


The main eligibility for SSVK is the person should have a belief in deity worship and have to entrust their belief and trust in Hanuman ji. The practitioners of SSVK don't require any specific skills or prior knowledge of any religious/spiritual practices.  


The result/success of the process is ensured by the power of initiated mantra and Guru Mandal.

The practitioners have to accept the following two conditions before taking the initiation:


1. Condition of Purity -  

  • The food item used for the bhog (offering) should not be consumed/tasted/touched with impure hands.
  • One cannot offer food items that contain onion, garlic, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, eggs.


2. Condition of Secrecy - 

  • The initiated mantra cannot be revealed to anyone be it your spouse, children, parents, close friends, etc. Once revealed the initiated mantra will get automatically blocked.

Restrictions for Food offering- 

  • The food item used for the bhog (offering) should not be consumed/tasted/touched with impure hands.
  • One cannot offer food items that contain onion, garlic, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, eggs.


Restriction for Place of Offering - 

  •  You cannot offer bhog on your bed, and any other impure places like toilet, near dustbin, sewage, etc.  


Restrictions for Women -

  • The bhog cannot be offered during the menstruation cycle.


Restrictions during any death/birth in the family (sutak period) - 

  • One cannot undertake the process during the sutak period of death/birth in the family. For death, 13 days' restriction is observed and for birth in the family, it is 40 days' restriction. The number of days for the restrictions may vary as per the family traditions.

Food items to be offered in bhog:

- All kinds of cooked and raw eatable items except for the food-restricted as mentioned above (refer to the question of the restriction in FAQs).

- Example - Fruits, Vegetables, Cereals, Spices, Packed juices or non-alcoholic beverages, milk, tea, coffee, dry fruits, sweets, spicy condiments, water, cooked meals, roti, jaggery, ghee, coconut water, salt, sugar, etc.

No. There's no course-like structure, only a powerful initiation and a kriya where you have to perform an act of offering (bhog).

Though the system is governed and protected by Guru Mandal, there is a physical guru for the initiation. SSVK philosophy doesn't promote any guru other than two - inner guru (consciousness) and Hanuman ji.

Yes. The Practitioners of SSVK experience Hanuman ji sooner or later. You might don't believe in Hanuman ji and his epic seems to you like a fiction. you might dont know any rituals and don't find it cool to be taged as bhakts. But still u can experience it through SSVK even in your busy lifestyle and varied working culture.

The kriya is facilitated and protected by Guru Mandal, therefore, there is no fixed time or place for offering the bhog.


Time

The bhog can be offered even in and after the midnight or any time of the day.


Place

You don't need any altar to offer bhog. Any neat and clean place including your study table, side table, office desk, car dashboard, train or flights (if you are travelling), kitchen slabs.


You cannot offer bhog on your bed, and any other impure places like toilet, near dustbin, sewage, etc. 

For practicing SSV Kriya, it's not required to visit a temple. However, you can continue with your prior religious/spiritual practices.
